The astrology of March features the second of two Venus-Mars conjunctions, as well as the build up to a conjunction between Mars and Saturn in Aquarius and a Jupiter-Neptune conjunction in Pisces.
There is also a New Moon in Pisces early in the month on March 2, and a Full Moon in Virgo on March 18.
At the top of the episode we reflect on the ongoing Venus-Mars conjunction and the archetypal themes of war and peace that have become prominent recently.

Thanks so much for your perspectives in this podcast. It is all very interesting. I wonder, have any of you explored the idea that Venus as an evening star is considered the Goddess of Love and as a morning star becomes the Goddess of War? Would this be an interesting idea to explore while she is acting as a War Goddess while conjunct the God of War in such a dignified position?

Additional to Venus’ besiegement, the Moon is besieged, too. She last separated from Saturn and applies next to Mars after she changes signs. She is in a critical degree, in the sign of Saturn’s exaltation, on the ‘burned path’ and just about to enter the sign of her fall. This is an extremely troubled Moon.
Great forecast. Would love to know if you ever include in forecasts the event of the lunar nodes squaring a planet? March to May this year the nodes are squaring Saturn.
I know you include the event of the nodes conjunct a planet, but haven’t noticed a mention of the square. Thanks!
