Damages and issues
Each product in our store is custom-printed by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. As such, we don’t personally handle or see your product before you receive it. However, we care very much about the quality of the product you receive. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any return claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you are reporting a damage or defect, please include a relevant photo if possible. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our partner’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Buyer’s remorse or other purchase errors
As we do not maintain inventory for the products in our store, we are not able to accept returns based on customer error, such as ordering the wrong product, ordering the wrong product size, deciding the product is no longer desired, etc.
