Prize for Patrons on the $5 Tier: Mountain Astrologer Back Issues CDs
The winner of the January/February giveaway on the $5 tier will receive a free copy a 2 CD package that contains every issue of The Mountain Astrologer magazine published between 2007–2010!
The Mountain Astrologer magazine, published every other month for nearly 30 years, is the publication that students of astrology — and professional astrologers — rely on to keep them connected to the astrological community. TMA, which also has a digital edition, covers all the bases with well-edited feature articles, a student section, detailed forecasts, and even astro-humor.
The 2 CD giveaway prize includes:
- 4 years of TMA back issues as pdf files
- All the issues of TMA from 2007 through 2010
- Each issue is its own PDF file, all on two CDs.
- That’s 24 issues in all, which is a total of over 300 articles.
This two CD package is also available for purchase on the TMA website for $48:
Prize for Patrons on the $10 Tier: NORWAC 2017 Conference Pass
The grand prize for patrons on the $10 tier this month is a free pass to the upcoming Northwest Astrological Conference!
NORWAC is probably going to be the best conference of 2017, and it is being held in Seattle, Washington, from May 25–29, 2017.
This is a regional conference that has been held in the Seattle area for over thirty years now. It will feature 30 astrologers speaking on a variety of different topics, including a number of pre- and post-conference workshops.
NORWAC is smaller than some of the mega conferences, but cozy, and it is a great beginner conference for those who haven’t attended one before. This includes being more affordable than most conferences, and having easy access to the nearby airport.
This year’s speakers include many guests that have appeared on the podcast in the past, including Robert Hand, Maurice Fernandez, Demetra George, Mark Jones, Laura Nalbandian, Sam Reynolds, and Chris Brennan.
You can find out more information about the conference at NORWAC.net.
How to Enter the Giveaway
All you have to do to enter the giveaway is become a patron of The Astrology Podcast through our page on Patreon at the $5 or $10 tier. The monthly raffle is one of the perks that patrons receive for donating to support the show, in addition to the other bonuses.
On episode 98 of the show we will do a drawing and then announce the winners of this month’s giveaway.
If you are already a patron of the show on one of those tiers then you are already set, and you will be entered in to the drawing automatically. If you are currently a patron of the show on one of the lower tiers then all you have to do to enter is upgrade to the $5 or $10 tier.
The only restriction for patrons is that your max monthly pledge has to be set at either the same as or more than the amount equivalent to what funding four episodes would cost in a month on that tier (i.e. $20 on the $5 tier or $40 on the $10 tier). If you have the max pledge set to less than this then you would not be qualified to enter in to the drawing, although there is still time to adjust that if you would like to be entered in for a chance to win.
If you enjoy the show and listen to it frequently then please consider pledging your support through our page on Patreon to help with the production of future episodes of the podcast.
If you have any questions or comments please email Chris at email@example.com.
Thanks to TMA and NORWAC for sponsoring the show this month!
